Psychosocial support

- work on the integration of IDPs (internally displaced persons);

- work to overcome discrimination conditioned by the conflict;

- strengthening the potential capacity of the community and increasing social cohesion through the implementation of socially oriented initiatives;

- work with psychological traumas caused by military conflict, provision of individual and group psychological assistance;

- psychosocial support for the elderly, children and parents from socially disadvantaged families, as well as other vulnerable groups of the population;

- providing feedback to the affected population by launching a hotline and developing redirection mechanisms.
